Unifusion Expands
September 04, 2009Unifusion, LLC announced today the acquisition of Window Path Web Services, an independent web design and development company headquartered in St. Augustine, Florida.
Today’s deal marks the first in a series of planned acquisitions intended to further strengthen Unifusion’s commitment to provide a high quality service to new and existing clients all over the U.S.
As part of the acquisition, Unifusion will now service Window Path’s clients, while continuing to rely on its local branch in St. Augustine to provide direct support in the area. Unifusion hopes to significantly enhance its Florida presence by having a local team in place. “We believe that our streamlined approach to web design and development, along with our emphasis on customer service and support will enable us to provide the highest quality of service to our new clients,” said William Roskowski, founder and principal of Unifusion, LLC.
Unifusion plans further growth in the coming months to ensure that it is within easy reach of its clients, wherever they are in the U.S.
