The Pageview metric tracks any instance of a page being loaded (or reloaded) in a browser by a user during a session. A single session can have multiple pageviews. Pageviews is a metric defined as the total number of pages viewed during a session and repeated views of a single page are counted.
Why are Pageviews Important?
The Pageview metric is valuable because it can represent the level of engagement by users. Pageviews can also represent the level of influence the website has on its users.
